Our breads are created using authentic fermentation processes with an emphasis on developing complex and unique flavour profiles.
We produce a range of sourdoughs that include White, Multigrain, Olive, Rye and Miche.
Our semi-sour breads include: Beerguettes (made with a beer levain and stout); Pumpkin, Quinoa and Wholemeal; Ricotta, Pumpkin Seed and Sesame Seed and a Tuscan Semolina
Our more traditional style breads include Ciabatta, French Baguettes and Flavoured Focaccias
We also produce a Ruby Red and Golden Fruit Loaf.
Each loaf is handmade and crafted with age old technique.
